Pierre Villard edited comment on NIFI-4747 at 1/8/18 4:44 PM: -------------------------------------------------------------- Hi [~jugi], as you can see in the stacktrace: {noformat} PropertyDescriptor[Directory] has invalid value /nifi/pele/pele2rtdp/20180108. The directory does not exist. {noformat} You're trying to get some data from an HDFS directory that does not exist. That's why it's failing. [edit] To add some additional info - the processor will validate its configuration even if it's not going to be executed before a given time (cron scheduling). And part of this validation is to check that the configured directory exists. This error will be raised until the directory exists on HDFS. was (Author: pvillard): Hi [~jugi], as you can see in the stacktrace: {noformat} PropertyDescriptor[Directory] has invalid value /nifi/pele/pele2rtdp/20180108.
