This piece should read a TLS configuration and configure the {{JettyServer}}
and underlying {{SslContextFactory}} with the provided protocol versions and
cipher suites, performing basic validation (to ensure at least one valid cipher
suite and protocol, verifying against {{java.tls.disabledAlgorithms}}, etc.).
