For enabling/disabling controller services, a dialog is displayed that allows
the user to enable/disable the controller service and referencing components,
with the names of those components displayed in a list on the right side of the
dialog.
When deleting a controller service, the user is not warned if other components
are referencing that controller service. The controller service can be
deleted, regardless of other components referencing it.
To improve usability/readability and unify functionality for enabling,
disabling, and deleting controller services, the referencing components can be
shown with their hierarchical path, provided the user has read access to the
ancestral process groups that contain the component and the component itself.
Current behavior for enabling/disabling referencing components along with the
controller service itself can remain as is. For deleting a controller service,
an option should exist to stop/disable referencing components.
