Good call. I don't know if backporting is necessary. We can make it very clear
in our documentation that this is the case for 0.7.0 moving forward. That also
sets a precedent that we may need to go back further; however, having a
separate ticket, but we typically squash when merging – we'll have to make sure
not to do that.
