   The `NOTICE.txt` of aws-sdk-cpp says that they bundle JsonCpp, but this is 
no longer true, as evidenced by the code and the `1.5.0` part of 
https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-cpp/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md
   They now bundle cJSON, so I have included the license for that here.
