[~alopresto] [~tmelhase] We have PRs in place for all of this now. I think the
only big dependency is, for the embedded server stuff to be useful, the cluster
election functionality has to be available since it can work with both secure
and insecure external ZKs without embedded supporting it yet.
We will definitely see a merge conflict in the docs, but can deal with that
when it comes.
It's a bit of a chore to test these, so how can I help with that?
