provided with name "Penn Treebank tag set" in sections Tagging and Chunking of
manual does not list tags used for chunking. A proper link is needed for
anybody to develop applications using openNLP. Found some info on missing tags
at "https://www.clips.uantwerpen.be/pages/mbsp-tags"; but not sure if the link
can be used in the manual.
