Currently, the _ud-train.sh_ script used for training pre-trained UD models is
shared by passing it among individuals (members of the PMC).
This script should be provided transparently in a git repo so changes can be
better tracked and aligned with model releases, currently version 1.1.
In addition, the existing script (used for model release 1.1) shall evolve with
quality aspects in mind:
* tweaks to existing script lines,
* additions such as further model types,
* a flexible parameterization, e.g. of training parameters, and
* better documentation in and about the script
Several sub-tasks will address the above aspects.
