Atm, opennlp-distr does not include _opennlp-dl_ and {_}opennlp-tools-models{_}.
This results in missing JavaDoc for those components in the bin-zip file. As a
consequence, it can't be referenced in the opennlp-site build / html structures.
Let's fix this.
