{{ThreadSafePOSTaggerME}} was introduced as a wrapper for {{POSTaggerME}} via
OPENNLP-936.
However, it lacks constructors to explicitly select the {{POSTagFormat}} for
handling POS tags.
Let's provide it for people that require this, for a more convenient migration
to the thread-safe version.
