Description:
The following Maven plugins should be updated to more recent versions:
* org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-failsafe-plugin from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2
* org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-assembly-plugin from 3.2.0 to 3.7.1
* org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin from 2.1 to 3.8.1
* org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-javadoc-plugin from 3.5.0 to 3.11.2
The Maven plugin _org.apache.felix:maven-bundle-plugin_ is unused in the core
project and can be removed.
