We're currently seeing intermittent test failures due to 403 Forbidden or
rate-limiting issues when fetching resources from SourceForge. These failures
make the test suite unreliable and non-repeatable, especially in CI
environments or during frequent local runs
It is ok from an ASF perspective to host these models on nightlies.a.o (similar
to our test data), so best would be to configure our CI build to run against
that.
