While investigating recent status for OPENNLP-1455, it seems Microsoft will
fully discontinue access to Bing search API in August 2025.
Therefore, existing code in the opennlp-similarity component can be removed
cleaned. Moreover, it is not working "as is", as the required dependency is
broken for ages, it seems.
