During release:prepare and release:perform, we noticed eval-tests profile is
missing in the config of the maven-release-plugin. Moreover, the execution of
all tests can be skipped to avoid extra ecological cost and coffee-time
breaks... during those two phases, given a release trial build was conducted.
Note: This is mentioned in the release procedure on our website.
