We'll start with add-ons, then to core.
Create a workflow for CICD and development to work with deploying add-on jars
to repository.apache.org nexus.
Flow:
Protected branch, usually versioning scheme
For each branch, it would do [artifact-id]-[branch-name]-SNAPSHOT if the user
manually triggers it.
We likely need to fill out an INFRA ticket to get the user/password settings in
our repo.
Completion means that a committer would trigger the build from a branch push by
selecting the branch in the CICD. It'll only deploy to repository.apache.org.
Apache auth needed to get the jars.
We'll have a dev HOWTO setup so developers can setup the local env.
