There's no target date for this - it is in experiment mode for now.
I'd like to get GraalVM CE compilation going for OpenNLP. Ideally, demonstrate
the ability to call OpenNLP in C++, Rust, and/or Swift without gRPC.
Not much guidance here yet - exploring this idea for now and we'll track and
capture ideas here.
