Remove the {{liblinear}} module from opennlp-addons. Its trainer, model and
serializer sit in the unnamed default package and have no tests.
*Replacement:* the {{MAXENT_QN}} trainer in {{opennlp-ml-maxent}}, which trains
the same kind of regularized logistic regression. The code was never finished:
the trainer passes the feature's position as its value (a TODO in the code says
so), and the model doesn't save its feature list.
