{{GeneratorFactory}} loads each {{}} through {{ExtensionLoader}}.
Sketch:
\* {{FeatureGeneratorProvider}}, with {{create\(ProviderSpec, List\)}} for
nesting generators such as {{cached}} and {{window}}; element attributes become
spec options.
\* Built\-in generators are registered by name, for example {{}}.
\* {{GeneratorFactory}} reads {{name}} first and keeps {{class}} as fallback,
so existing descriptors and models load unchanged.
\* Manual: descriptor syntax with names.
