{{StreamFactoryRegistry}} registers the built\-in {{ObjectStreamFactory}}
implementations in code and loads other formats by class name.
Sketch:
\* {{ObjectStreamFactoryProvider}}, built\-in formats registered by name.
\* Third\-party formats register a provider and appear in the CLI without code
changes in opennlp\-formats.
\* Decide on deprecating {{ExtensionLoader.instantiateExtension\(Class,
String\)}} once no call site needs it.
