{{AbstractDL}} creates the {{OrtSession}} inside {{try \(sessionOptions\)}}, so
the options are closed immediately after session creation. ONNX Runtime
documents that session options must stay open until every session created with
them is closed. It is harmless while only the CUDA provider is added, but
breaks once custom operator libraries or other native\-backed options are
registered. Keep the options open and close them in {{close\(\)}} after the
session.
