System: AOO 3.4.1 and AOO350m1(Build:9611) - Rev. 1420743 / 2012-12-13_04:34:45 - Rev. 1421074 (64 bit) on Ubuntu 12.04/AMD64. The file was created with AOO 3.4.1 by replacing the contents of an older ODT with new contents from various DOC files. LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 does not show this bug, so I was able to use it to anonymize the file before posting it here.
