The user should be able to customize the order of the panels. For example I
often need position and size, but very seldom text. If the screen is small,
some panels need scrolling and the user should be able to determine, for which
panel he needs scrolling.
I would like to be able to order the panels by dragging the panel title up and
down with the mouse.
