I tested this in windows XP and 7 with AOO > 3.4.1. If the status of the bug was UNCONFIRMED, and you cannot reproduce it, do not change it to RESOLVED FIXED. Resolving a bug as FIXED means: a) the bug was confirmed b) a developer fixed the bug neither (a) nor (b) happened in this case.
