This one is probably a DUP of "Bug 106206 - View of writer file not centered
when changing zoom factor from "100%" to "Optimal"", but description there is
too imprecise to decide, so I submit this new one. Please feel free to mark as
DUP as it seems appropriate.
Steps how to reproduce:
1. Open new writer document from Oo Start center
2. Window size that 'View -> Zoom - 50%' should show smaller sheet than optimum
3. 'View -> Zoom - 50%'
4. 'View -> Zoom - Optimum'
Expected: Optimum zoom and centered horizontal justification
Actual: Right sheet margin visible, left margin not, focus on sheet too far
to the right.

Manual centering will show that zoom is correct, only horizontal justification
is wrong in step 4.
Some more research with different windows sizes shows that precondition for
observation of the problem is that zoom will be increased between Step 3 and
step 4. If you choose Windows size so that "magnification" will be decreased
between Step 3 (very small window in step 3) and 4 horizontal justification
will be correct in step 4.
Same results with OOo 3.1.1 , server installation of " AOOo 4.0.0-Dev –
English UI / German locale [AOO400m1(Build:9700) - Rev. 1457992 - Rev.1457606]"
on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile and latest trunk
