ODF 1.3 added "This function does not propagate Error values." to the ISBLANK,
ISFORMULA, ISLOGICAL, ISNONTEXT, ISNUMBER, ISREF, ISTEXT, and TYPE functions.
OpenOffice already does the right thing.
Should we resolve this as WONT_FIX?
