For the Norwegian (Bokmål) language pack,
the installer suggests a destination folder such as:
"(...)\OpenOffice 4.1.15 Language Pack (Norwegian (Bokmål)) Installation
Files".
If accepted, an error message 1311 will be displayed during installation.
Tested on Windows 7 and 11 (also with OOo 3.3.0 run in parallel).
Interestingly, the installation succeds if one removes the "å" in "Bokmål" or
replace it with e.g. "a".
