Update internal boost to version 1.64 (WIP)
There are good reasons to update the internal boost:
* The outdated version has bugs, specially in some trigonometric functions that
would be interesting to support in Calc.
* Newer compilers are having problems to build older versions of Boost.
* Newer boost also has new features which may come in useful for new features.
However, a balance must be stroke because older compilers don't support recent
language features that are required in newer Boost versions.
Version 1.64 is the last version to support the older TR1 library and seems
like a good compromise for older systems out there. Release notes are here:

An early WIP patch seems to build and work well on FreeBSD and Windows, but
fails to build on Linux (apparently some path issue).
