--- Comment #6 from [email protected] --- Testing different spreadsheets gave me these results for the LOWER() function on U+24A (Ɋ): Google Documents - lowercases it Gnumeric 1.12.52 - lowercases it LibreOffice 25.2.1.2 - lowercases it MS Office 365 (online) - lowercases it MS Office 2016 - lowercases it OpenOffice latest trunk - stays uppercase I think it was just a historical oddity that certain Unicode characters weren't cased properly in OpenOffice, probably because fonts at the time didn't draw them, or they weren't allocated in early Unicode versions, or whatever. We should definitely update the tables in main/i18nutil/source/utility/casefolding_data.h with the latest Unicode data, or maybe even drop that and start using ICU to do case conversions instead. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
