The idea that the #### were caused by the user slamming the laptop lid shut was given to me by Rory O'Farrell, another Forum volunteer, so I make no claim for it! Rory's idea did however prompt me to investigate it further. As an aside, I worked in IT for many years and when I started volunteering for the Forum, I was somewhat surprised by the almost complete disconnect between the Forum, where user problems are raised; and Development, where problems are chosen to be fixed. In my experience, there needs to be a very close link between Forum and Development so that the problems the users report are fixed.
