However, this means that options on the menu become language specific. Many languages have no uppercase/lowercase. For example, Arabic uses a different character representation based upon the location of the character in a word (beginning, middle or end) but this is not uppercase/lowercase. Agree that there is no official US alphabetical sorting order. Hence my comment that as long as the documentation matches the sort result, that is good enough.
