Steps:
1. In Normal view, select a slide
2. Click Menu Slide Show -> Slide Transition
Actual result: nothing happens
Expected result: transition list displays in Sidebar
Note:
1. transition list displays in Task pane
2. it has the same issue for Custom Animation
