Description: In the sidebar there are no controls for drawing object position
Steps to Reproduce:
1) New a wrier document.
2) Insert a rectangle.
Actual Result: In the "Position and size" group of the sidebar there are no
horizontal/vertical control (also if object "anchor" is "to page").
Expected Result: horizontal/vertical control in the sidebar for page anchored
objects.
