After forced program closure and restart due to installation of a different
application, a floating window appears over the OO startup window (ver 3.4 as
well as after installing ver 4.0) saying:
"OpenOffice wurde zuletzt beim Öffnen von Fenstern unerwartet beendet. Möchten
Sie versuchen, die Fenster erneut zu öffnen?" (German version)
(something like "OO was unexpectedly closed while opening windows. DO you want
to try to reopen those windows?")
Neither of the two given options have any effect. The window stays in the
foreground. I can drag the window aside and open the suite, but central
functions are not working like Print and Save.
Even deleting the whole OO suite and installing OO 4.0 brought the same result.
I would be grateful for any suggestions.
