I am using windows 8 with a touch-screen laptop, but with a mouse with
tracwheel plugged in. The tracwheel has given me problems before with Calc
(and Excel) so I think this is related to display issues in general with the
tracwheel mouse. I have the same problem with display, especially in OO 4.0,
but have also noticed entire lines and / or cells duplicate or disappear, and
calculations do not record my attempts at changing values--but only sometimes,
not all the time. I finally uninstalled 4.0 and went back to 3.4.1. Hope this
helps. Could it be related to 64-bit conversions, since the pgm is for x86,
but the OS is 64-bit? Just wondering. Still think it is the mouse thing
though.
