Unless I really concentrate to slow all the steps right down, I am still getting lots of crashes now. I was wondering whether you had had a chance to do any testing on this? Also, I use Microsoft Word at work and use similar documents and sort them in the same way. With Word I never have had this problem. So it is something in Writer that is not in Word that can't cope with the speed of these steps. Thanks.
