Attached is a video showing the decrease indent allowing you to not only go outside the margins but off of the page. I tested this with numbers, bullets, and letters. Also I checked the increase indent and it will stop you from going outside the margin. I checked this bug against Microsoft Office 2010 and the decrease indent doesn’t allow you to go outside of the margins.
