Very old effect, already visible in OOo 1.1.5 (see screenshot). I can't tell whether that is intended, might be a feature, but I do not think so because not in Calc, Draw, and because Help tells for Navigator: "The Navigator displays all types of objects contained in a document. " Help is not a part of the document. IF this is a feature, of course Items in context menu should be shown correctly, I will submit a separate bug for that.
