            Bug ID: 123735
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Attributes for tall characters are cut-off
           Product: Math
           Version: 4.0.1
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: CONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: code
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]

1- On a Writer document, insert a Math object with Insert → Object → Formula
2- Type: hat %theta
3- Press ESC to go back to the document.

Result: the "hat" attribute over the theta character is not visible. In fact,
when you zoom in you realize that the top of the theta character is cut.

Workaround: edit the Math object and under Format → Spacing → Borders set a top
border of 2 mm. This workaround have a problem, though: the Math object lost
its baseline and aligns very badly with the surrounding text. The only way to
fix the alignment is to completely disable the "Math baseline alignment" under
Tools → Options → OpenOffice Writer → Formatting aids and manually move the
Math object with Alt+Arrows.
