Hi, the way to contribute your files (in the sense of making them available to
the general public) would be to package a OXT file and upload it to the
extensions site http://extensions.openoffice.org/
There are probably resources on how to create your OXT file from a dictionary,
but if you don't know how to do it feel free to write to the l10n mailing list:
