When running apache_openoffice_4.0.1_win_x86_langpack_es.exe
Norton identifies program as THIS. It REMOVES the program.(quaratines, for
behavior, making it look like the program is like spyware or virus.

Not a virus; it is possible to override. But wouldn't it be simpler to prevent
in the first place?
