[Issue 124425] Program can’t decrease line width in toolbar from 0.01” to 0.00” using the decrease button. In the line width dialog box, this action can be executed.

Cecking that - btw. there is now also the sidebar LineWidth control which
allows to go back to zero, too. Indeed, the one in the 'Line and Filling' does
not do the same. Getting some stuff with debug...
