Hello,
Hope you are doing well.
I'm a university student, I've been using open office for a while now. However,
lately something wrong is happening when I save my documents. I used to be able
to choose the format I want to save is, and I still can. however, no matter
what format I chose, the document is always saved as "Document" it basically
has no format! I've tried everything. I contacted apple store for assistance
and they sent me to you. Please I need a response as soon as possible. I need
to be able to use Openoffice soon.
