when a new created chart get copied (copy&paste) into the same sheet or another
sheet or even in a new impress file, the formatting of the y-axis get lost.
See attached bugdoc:
One column with dates and one with percentage values and the cells are
formatted accordingly. A new chart was created on this date and it looks fine
as expected.
1. select the chart and copy
2. past it on the same sheet, the formatting of the y-axis is changed to
numbers. For example former % values like 80% get changed to 0.8.
The same is true if copied on another sheet in the same doc or in a new created
impress document.
