The tutorial about webpage

I have a few changes for this page, to bring it up to date with the current
source code (patch attached, you can include it on the webpage):

$SourceMain/cui/source/dialogs/about.cxx
$SourceMain/cui/source/inc/about.hxx
Other relevant files (not modified):
$SourceMain/cui/source/dialogs/about.hrc
$SourceMain/cui/source/dialogs/about.src
Note: the patch is not to be applied to the source tree, it is just for use
during the tutorial. I just wanted to submit my code for the about tutorial
which I tested and it worked.
