I get this error message every time I try to open a file :

The last time you opened OpenOffice, it unexpectedly quit while reopening
windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? ( two choice : reopen
or don't reopen)

I can't click on reopen or don't reopen.
I am on a Mac with OS X 10.9.2
