This issue were found in both 4.0.1 and 4.1.0. I'm using Windows 7 ( ZH_TW).
Use a form control to insert a check box into the text document and check it,
it use a "tick" to represent the state that it is checked.
In the page preview, I saw a "tick".
Then I printed the document and saw a "x", which is different.
