It seems so; unless you convince a developer that this is a bug and s/he fixes
it; for now, this works as designed.
I'll remove the question sign from the summary, the window size is not saved
within the document, it's save per module (vid.
officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Setup.xcu,
ooSetupFactoryWindowAttributes; and
framework/source/helper/persistentwindowstate.cxx)
