As said in Comment 1, this looks like bug 124191
Try with a development build from
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/Development+Snapshot+Builds
Current Release Candidate is likely to be 4.1.1, so it would be good to know if
this release fixes your bug.
