When you are inside BASIC, you have to use the syntax of BASIC, and BASIC has a comma as parameter delimiter. It is the bridge to BASIC, which converts the delimiters (and a lot of other things) automatically. You can learn more about it in the BASIC guide at https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/BASIC_Guide, in the document "OpenOffice.org Macros Explained" by Andrew Pitonyak at http://www.pitonyak.org/oo.php and of cause in our forum and mailing list.
