vue of the first page
After an update from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1 on MacOsX 10.9.
I found a copy of all images on my doc on the first page top left.
Note 1: the rest of the document was ok.
Note 2: With the version 4.1.0 I was able to remove the duplicate images. With
the 4.1.1 it was impossible to do anything (beasy wheel spinning).
